They called and when I answered they hung up. I keep blocking them and they use another number to call again

Credit card debt reduction pitch. Title scam, waste of time

Just received a call from this number answered and got a recording about a credit card debt.

it is an automated call asking about lowering your credit card interest, i pressed one so i could ask the caller to remove me from the list and explained i dont have a credit card. he asked me a million times if i loved him, i said id love him if he removed me from this list. then he asked my "boob color" so i hung up on him. he then tried to call back from another number 727-555-4123 three times in a row. i wont answer.
