This number was associated with an attempted cyber intrusion into my private email account. Whoever attempted to access my account also attempted to create a new account using my name and this phone number. However, they did not use my full name and they associated the phone number with a former home address, not my current address. I have no idea who made the attempt but they were stopped by a cyber security program I use.
