it says it is a tracer call

I got my third call from 850-549-2979 on August 8, 2016 at 5:01 pm.  On my last call I asked to be put on his do not call list.  He then calls back three days later.  I reported the last call on donotcall.gov and I will report this call. Why they keep calling after you tell them you don't want to buy anything is beyond me.  Why do they waste their time?  He was selling Cialis.

they call several times a day (we have them on call blocking) -they don't give up and have been calling for a few weeks daily

I got my fourth and fifth call from 850-549-2979 this afternoon.  The second call was at 4:55 pm.  When they called on August 11, I asked to be put on their do not call list.  Obviously that didn't work.  Why they keep calling when I tell them I don't want anything is beyond me.  Can't they figure out they are wasting their time?  My caller ID said, "Starnet-Paete."  I will report these last two calls on donotcall.gov.
