Thats a bit weird on its own unless your using one from the phone company. If that is the case, then generally will not block such spoof numbers. If you have a newer device hooked up and it has area code blocking, that is the better way to block.. by the area code! I have found that some of these places will continually use the same area and prefix codes but change the last 4 digits to keep getting past the block.
And Charities are supposed to keep a internal DNC list BTW. So they can get into trouble for not doing so.If your in Oregon, it also breaks state laws as Oregon does not allow charity calls period.
