This is the famous IRS scammers using this (a different) number. Fradulent!! Do NOT respond to them! IRS warns the public to be aware of this scam-a robo caller informs you IRS is filing suit against you-call the number...I hung up and blocked it. They use a number of numbers. IRS does NOT operate this way. BEWARE!!

The caller ID for this Florida State phone number said "Cell Phone" and I received this -pre-recorded message twice within a few hours, claiming the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I need to call this number back right away to prevent any consequences. They don't state anyone's name or a file number and besides, the IRS only contacts you by mail.
