Things to remember about loans offered by phone or e-mail:  (Pay  attention to item #4!)

Loans
1.    No reputable lender will lend you money over   the   phone.
2.    No reputable lender will lend you money by e-mail
3.    On-line lenders are nothing more than conduits for another loan scam.
4.    Advance fees for loans are always illegal.    At  least in   most    American states.
5.    If   you want to borrow money,   go to an established brick and mortar   lender that has been around awhile.
6.    If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either a.  threatening you or b.  offering you something, you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
7.    These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history.  If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information.  They know who they are calling.  They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and sometimes  members of the immigrant community.   Also,  those who might be in financial difficulty.

got an email saying i was approved :  i called and was told no upfront fees.. too good to be true .. yes it is.. gave them my bank info and signed contract who i just sent copies to FBI.. report here if anyone wants to also report.., you can here phishing-report@us-cert.gov.

They also use phone numbers all phone numbers on the website.,l you can never get a live person to help you. Loan approval signed by CEO who doesnt exist. It seems they are a bill collector for payday loans who are selling and giving out your information which they are not supposed to. Starting a class action law suit if anyone wants to join me , contact me at email: carmenfromwaco@gmail.com .

After you sign the contract and are approved for the loan after you have given them your bank info they ask for $150 upfront false advertising and agreement...saying "how can they trust you without this deposit".. aweful fake business..shame on you!! 850-665-7652 is the third number they use. I plan to expose them after suing them and bring this business down. Report to BBB, Cyber Internet Crimes.. and all legal entities that enforce the law on sharing private information according to HIPPA Laws.

Advance fee loans are illegal in every state.  You will now get many more calls, probably even some wanting to collect on the loan you never got.
