IRS saying that they are going to file a lawsuit. Ya ok I'll pass nothing in mail from the IRS.

Called me saying "This is a final notice. The IRS is filing a lawsuit against you." Didn't finish listening just hung up and blocked number. I owe the IRS nothing and even if I did why haven't they sent anything by mail or contacted me by a human, not an automated machine?? Nice try scammers.

Same here. Never even itemize ever plus received and spent our refund months ago. LOL!  Caller and didn't leave message. Returned cal and got thick accented Indian guy. How stupid does he think we are?  Our info was stolen through IRS database last year, so this year we got the refund card sent to us before the money was on the card and nobody could steal from us!
