four calls from this number in the last two days, (three of them this afternoon).  No messages were left, I hope not answering will discourage them.

Technology is wonderful,however it does provide countless opportunities to scammers. Many get their potential victims' personal data through third party deals. I recently (yesterday) registered for free on a website that required name,#,email.My unwanted calls beginning today are not coincidental.
General accepted plan of action is to never answer.

This number calls continually to my home and say nothing.  In returning the call, there is a full voice mail.

this person called my phone and did not leave a message, then when i called the 850-364-0641 number back the person was a man that answered and only said, how may i help you. what the hell.

This number has called me numerous times.  When I call it back it says the magic jack customer you are calling is not taking calls at this time.
