Said they were from the IRS and this was there third attempt to contact me. This was the only call I received. It was an automated message.

Call from 850-250-1164, said they were the IRS, and that they were trying to get in touch w/ us. We hung up - another scam.

The IRS MAILS letters if there is a problem. www.irs.gov has information about the SCAM. Look under phishing & tax scams.

Total Scam. MJG above is correct. Scratchy recorded message left saying it is the IRS filing a lawsuit against me wanting me to call back. I blocked caller.
