I picked up and said hello, after a lengthy delay someone finally came on a statically line and was difficult to hear. They asked for me by my first name and I immediately asked them to take me off their calling list. They did not respond and simply hung up. I doubt they will honor my DNC request, as they are already calling my DNC registered landline. The caller ID displayed the number as +11-850-230-4824 and "Not Available". This a robo scam call of some sort
