Received a call, "CID says Unknown Call FL". Recorded msg about the HARP program & lowering mortgage interest rate. I pressed #4 to tell them not to call me, on DNC. A man picked up and said "Mortgage Help Center" I asked if that is the name of the business, he hung up. Clearly not just spam but SCAM!!! If its a legit business, what's the problem. JERKS!!!
