Person with a foreign accent called my Cell Phone asking for my wife by name "Can I talk to xxx" I just answered No and hung up. Caller ID just read Florida with the phone # 1-850-204-0695 .

Always a foreigner on the line.  Usually I just hang up or don't answer.

Got a call from this number. Couldn't understand the man - heavy 'Indian' accent - when I told him I couldn't understand him, he asked if anyone in my house had shoulder or knee pain (I think - like I said, he was hard to understand). When I said no, he hung up. Couldn't understand what name or company he said.

Called twice in 15 mins to talk to me about my diabetic pain management... I don't have diabetes. Yelled at him to stop calling me.
