do not answer calls from unknown numbers

SCAM!  Called and said they were calling from the makers of my home security system, which is obviously not true.  Scary though because they knew my name and how long I had had my alarm in my home.  She disconnected when I started messing with her, like I always do with scam calls, but don't be fooled.  Even though they know your name this is a scam.

Also called claiming that they were the makers of my security system.  Tried to convince me to agree to a "free upgrade".  Knew my name and claimed to know that I have had it for 3 years.  Told them I was not interested.  Click.
