CID displays Spring Valley NY. Elsewhere on the web others claim the caller says they are a health care assistance program - yet the name does not display on caller ID. YUP, its a con.

Robocall. Since I did not say, "Hello," the computer making the call terminated it after 20 seconds. Likely a scam.

Called my landline. He said they were calling from some Medicaid/Mdeicare service. I hung up.
