They called asking me if i still owned my car and that I had extended the factory warranty. Wanted to know the mileage and if I received the papers they mailed to me prior to this call. I told them I never extended the warranty and didn't receive any papers. He said thank you and left me on the line and I could hear in the background that it's a call center as other reps were speaking to different people.
