I guess the person wasn't arrested in the IRS Scam Center... but yeah called me about 3 times in the last few weeks(didn't pick up because I was working!!!).. I picked up the 4th call and told me about winning a solar panel installation with 15-16% discount..  Gave me a invalid address and asked if I live there. I answered yes and he repeated the same thing he said about the scam offer... I then ask for a 100% discount!!!! HAHA! and then he hung up... HEY if you read this... THIS OFFER STANDS!! 100% DISCOUNT!! And I'll take the installation! :D

I got calls from home several times several months. Most recently was today, November 29th, 2016. Today his pitch was that he was selling Home Improvements. He said his name was Mike. The other times that he called he stated that he was once with Microsoft and wanted access to my computer. The other time he called he said that he was from the IRS and wanted me to pay a fine or I would be arrested. He actually called me three times with the same scam because he lost track!
