No message, frequent calls

ANOTHER LOWLIFE SCAMBAG !!!! SPOOFED # . BLOCKED !!!!!!

I live in Callicoon and this is not the exchange number for my area. Calls every day. I don't pick up knowing they changed the way it appears on caller ID. I've aleady called Verizon on a similar case and they said there is away for scam artists to change how we see information.
