5 Red Flags of a Business Loan Scam:
No legitimate lender will ever guarantee your approval for a small business loan before you have applied. Period. If any person guarantees that you will qualify for a loan before having received your application and reviewed your financials-especially with such promises as "regardless of low or no credit"-you can assume that they are up to no good.

Called business several times in the past week. I do not answer

I've not answered this number yet, but I probably get 3-4 calls per day from unknown area codes, and I get the same exact message, Hi, I'm Julia.....exactly like the complaint above. I don't have a small business. I've probably gotten this same message from well over 20 various area codes.
