Is this a scam phone number

It's a scam!!! I had a Anna Luis wanting to rent my room. She said she was willing to make an advance payment for the first month's rent and security deposit. After I agree to accept the advance payment, she wanted for me to do her a favor and make a delivery payment for her car that she was shipping from u.k.!! They mailed me a fake check and had asked for me to go to cvs to wire a portion of that check to their car dealer!! I said I will be voiding their check since it was a scam all along. This number is a fake!! I will be reporting this to the authorities!!!
