I received a voicemail from the number above. Googled it. Found this site. Called UPS directly. I did have a past due balance of about $90 over 6 months. I'm not a very active shipper. I called UPS and I cleared it up directly with the UPS Billing Center. (I'm not interested to give credit card info a 3rd party.) UPS was very understanding, courteous and happy to activate the account. I called Central Resource - told them I cleared the payment directly with UPS. The lady made a note and said it should clear me out of their system in 3-4 days.
