Tried telling me his daughter is underage and that if I don't pay $4200.86 for the hospital bill where she tried commuting suicide they would go to the police. It was 1 day after we stopped talking. My parents work in healthcare. Exact hospital bills do not generate that fast. It takes weeks.

Yes it is an extortion scam being run on or by that site.  There are numerous number threads here with the same story.  Make a police report to your local PD.  If the calls come from South Carolina, which seems to be popular with these extortionists, make a report there as well.
