No idea who this person is. Just assume it's some sort of telemarketer. Called Sunday afternoon at 1:17 Tried to call back and the phone just rang and rang, nobody picked up. Turned them into the Do Not Call List.

You could buy a Panasonic phone that allows you to block 250 numbers, including whole area codes . You can set the phone so when the number is blocked you don't even hear a first ring. Just a thought.
