I did, left no voicemail so it must not be important

Called but left no VM

This caller has never left a message on my phone. I did however answer the call once and the person told me who they were and they were trying to collect a debt. They said the debt was from 2007 and they had "bought" it from the original owner?? So then they asked for my Social Security number, date of birth and address.....really???? Who gives out this info to a total stranger?? Soooo after playing with them a few minutes (asking THEM for their SS#, date of birth and address) I finally got bored with them and hung up.
