Person by the name of Amber Brown, claiming to deliver summons' Was wanting to know address of my residence was claiming she had a summons with number CV205490 to be delivered. She needed to arrange a time to drop it off from Houston, Texas area code. WTF!! I live in Tennessee. Person was extremely polite, seems to be one of those scams looking to charge you a phony fine to get charges dropped.
