Caller ID location is Houston, TX. Called and left no voicemail - blocked the number

They call everyday and leave no message. Blocking them today.

Said was collection donations for the Baytown police. Wanted me to commit to a dollar amount. Asked him to send info in the mail and he was reluctant and said he'd call back. So I blocked him.

I got a call from this man saying he was with the police department and wanted a donation. I asked for his return number and address and he hung up quickly.
