Got a call from this number today.

Got a call today at 10 am

Serve papers to me with a Court Date. Talked with me asked me if I was myself and if I had a birthdate of 2/  /64!
I told them no and was told they had the wrong number and would take my name off!

I received a call from this number on July 7th, I didn't answer but they left me a voicemail stating that she was a Process Server out of the county where I live and said they were going to serve papers to me today, July 10th between 3:00pm and 5:00pm and gave a case number also and said if I don't sign for the paperwork I'll miss my court case.  I have been scammed in the past, I never returned the call.  But this number is out of Texas.

got a call today July 11, 2017 saying they were out of my county yet the number was a texas number. looks like the scammers are trying to get me again.
