Got a call from this number saying I could get a $250 gift card for Walmart, Target or someplace else (I don't remember). Seemed like a scam because I kept asking her how I would get this phantom gift card. She finally told me the survey would tell me before it hung up, so I let her transfer me. During the recording asking me what I was interested in I accidentally pushed 2, which took me to another lady saying I could get a $100 Walmart card for getting a subscription to the Houston Chronicle. When I told her I wasn't interested she just hung up on me and the line went dead. So I guess I was right, it was a scam and a phantom $250. I just don't understand why places like Walmart, Target and the Houston Chronicle would let these people use their names for something like this.
