“Molly Moreno” asked to confirm an executive assistant’s email address. I said that we don’t dispense those, and she replied snippily, “I don’t need her email, I need to talk to her.” I requested the purpose of her call, and she hung up. Several hours later, “Emma Bock” wanted to speak with an executive, who just happens to be the above-mentioned EA’s supervisor, regarding legal documents that she was going to send. She started to give her company’s name, which sounded like Charlotte, but the call suddenly dropped.
