Person, a woman, she doesn't say who she is or where she is from.  She says "consider this your final notification and I will be serving you documents to your place of residence or employment today between 3-5 p.m. Have the proper ID ready" she sounded like she was reading from a paper and she spoke extremely fast. I could hear several other people talking in the background like telemarketers do.

Don't worry about it.  You have been informed of NOTHING (except the probability of a scam) - and a real process server would not warn you that they were coming.

Had the same type of call as the person boule had. They said they would be serving me with papers at my work or home from 3 to 5 pm. They left a case number as well. Said if they couldn't get a hold of me that court hearings would continue without me. Total scam! I get these calls all the time. Don't answer numbers you don't know.
