Called a few minutes ago. CID said Service Call. Blocked it as it rang.

I answered because number looked familiar. I said hello and the caller, apparently, couldn't hear me. He kept saying hello with a very strong Indian accent.

Let ring until they hung up. Left no message and I don't know anyone in Houston TX so I will block them now.
