This is metricom pic and/or peerless network Texas llc. The most I can guess is this is related to a pay2go calling card purchased at CVS pharmacy

Upon calling I was given the option of pressing 1 to be placed on their no call list. Another number out of LA is 818-457/3356 comes up as metricom PC returned call and have option press 1 for no call list then call is terminated from their end
