Calling saying I am being served. Could not give me any information except if it from September 2010. ORA processing and paragon funding. Hung up when I asked for more information.

A "process server" named Connor Stockton called me twice this week from an unknown number & left voicemails saying that he was going to serve me. Told me nothing else. Gave this number to call. I called and spoke to a woman who said I have a lawsuit pending for some payday loan for almost $800. She knew my social security number, which I find troubling. She said I could rectify the situation by paying over the phone with credit or debit card. I have no negative marks on my credit report (I pulled the free ones just now), so this is obviously a scam.

They somehow have your personal information.  The numbers are fake,  it is a scam to steal your money.  Along with number 832-500-8942

I got a phone call from a Marie Scott dating the I need to call this number 1-832-225-3390 and talk to someone about papers being serve to me and when I asked her what company she worked through and her phone number she told me that she couldn't give me their information and she also couldn't give me the reason why she was calling, but when I called the number all it would say is that this number could not be reach at this time
