received a call from this number, don't know who it is. phone number says unknown on phone

They are saying that I have been served and the cops are on there way.

They told me that they are going to try to serve me papers and that if i did not call them back that it would be seen as a direct refusal to be served and that I would miss my court date. I called them back and they wanted me to tell them my social and my birthdate over the phone. I told them no and that they could just serve me papers at the address they had on file for me and they said they would be notifying the police department in my area to which my response was okay well ill be waiting for them to show up and serve me any day. That was April 18th its may 4th now and I have not been served nor have I received any thing in the mail. I will update this if I happen to get served legitimate papers.
