Recv a message saying I would be sued and to consider the voicemail proof of being served?  Called the number back several times but their voice-mail was full and it disconnected my call. The woman stated in the voicemail that she will call me back tomorrow to obtain my place of employment and drivers license info. Has anyone else  recieved a call from this number?

A phone call does not serve as anything. Sounds like a scam to me/a fishing/phishing expedition-they will try to bully you into submission. Do not answer unknown calls and do NOT call them back.
