I recieved a call left on my answering machine for my daughter from James Moore.Mr Moore proceeded to say he was an independant process server working for the Deleware county circut and after several attempts to gain a signature, he has no other choice but to come to the place of residence on 2/4/2016 between 3 and 5 ,and if she was not there he would go to her place of employment.The number came up...NOT AVAILABLE UNKNOWN NUMBER, THE NUMBER HE LEFT TO CALLBACK WAS 832-225-1495.Same name and story different #.I called back and got an answering machine.message was this is Summer Hayse I'm not at my desk right now please leave a message after the tone.Mr. Moore sure is traveling a long way to serve people....from Texas to Del Co

Mr. Moore said the same for me but he said he was working for the Lexington County Circuit. I've already reported this as fraud. He also gave me that 832-225-1495 number.

Same message but it was a woman calling herself Holly Harris and she was from Franklin County.  I am in Massachusetts!

Thats funny Holly Harris just called me and said she was in South carolina!! LOL!! SCAM
