Received call from this number in Texas a few minutes ago

I got same call from this number today.  With so many people reporting on this site from Dec. 16, the caller is so aggressive.

Charity registered in Oregon which has some serious issues and is under Oregon DOJ scrutiny. BLOCKED

Caller ID said Autism Awareness, but rings only twice and never leaves a message; so they are going straight to the call blocker from now on because this is the 3rd time they have called.  I believe the call is from Texas.
