Called my landline on March 2, 2017.....  Caller ID just shows Uvalde Consolid....... no message left.  I called them back after dialing *67, and it was Uvalde High School.  I don't live in that area and don't have school children, so I have no idea why they would be calling my number.

Most likely a scammer spoofing their number-the full text would read as 'Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District' (actually managed to find it on Google)
