I got 10 missed calls from this number in less then an 1hr!!!!! How do I make it stop!!!!!! It doesn't give me the option to get my number off the list!!!!!

I got a call from this # earlier today and did not answer because thought it was maybe crazy girl that has been calling me. The location said Floresville Tx I guess what threw me was 830 is my area code but no where near Floresville.
