Neighbor came over and said we had a call at their house for us from Seguin, TX. Working for a collection agency, in their bookkeeping department, in the past, I know the "tricks of the trade" and immediately knew this was a collection agency. I feel this is a violation of my privacy and should not be allowed. I called the number and it said it was Performance.
