IRS SCAM - Rude foreign speaking caller

IRS Scam they left me a voice mail saying to call this number something about a warrent will be out for me. I called them back and the guy said he was a officer gave me a fake badge number fake case number and all try to do was scare me saying i going to jail I will lose my license passport every thing. They told me I can go a store a buy a goverment card a gift card people use common sense this a big scam the IRS will never call u warn others about this scam.
