KEEP GETTING CALLS SAYING THAT I COMMITED FRAUD AND THERE TAKING ME TO COURT .

THEY KEEP CALLING ABOUT A PAYDAY LOAN THAT I DID NOT GET. THEY ARE CALLING FAMILY MEMBERS AND THEY HAVE ALL OF MY INFO, INCLUDING BANK STATEMENT. THE REPS NAME IS STEVEN ANDERSON AND HE HAS TOLD ME ABOUT 4 TIMES NOT THAT THEY ARE PRESSING CHARGES TO FRAUD. AND THAT THEY ARE GOING TO SERVE ME COURT DOCS AT MY JOB. I AM PRETTY SURE IT IS A SCAM CONSIDERING I HAD NO DEPOSITS ON THE DAY HE SAID THAT THE LOAN TOOK PLACE.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number for over a year now.  They keep saying I got some loan from them 4 years ago.  I called back and they were asking me for my personal info (which I did not give them).  They said they deposited money into my bank account via RBFCU in October of 2011.  I have not banked with this bank since 2007.  Nor have I received any loans from anyone like that.

These people keep calling for someone I used to know. There is never a person to speak to and they say "YOU HAVE BEEN OFICIALLY SERVED", before disconnecting.  This is absolutely the most annoying thing in the world.  STOP EFFING CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
