I have been getting calls from the same guy with a heavy eastern accent  and identified as John.  His name is John from Medical Compensation or Medical Services and asks about bladder surgery.  This has been going for months at least every week.  I am on a do not call list and have tod him so.  I have asked politely, yelled and threatened legal action ito stop calling me.  I don't know how to stop this.  

I got several calls from him a few months back and they had finally seemed to stop! And then all of the sudden this morning he's called twice already! Same MO scam with me too, John from Medical Services and he claims I filled something out on line saying that I want or need bladder mesh some thing or another surgery! I did not and do not! I too have threatened legal action and have informed him that I've got an uncle who is a cop whom I have forwarded this information to and he can't find anything on the guy! The number comes up in the system as a non description business line and the business name he gives is to bland to be anything legitimate! I too am so frustrated with the constant calls I don't know what I'll do if the constant barrage of calls starts again! This is overwhelming to me
