Not a phone call, but actually a postcard to my new address!  I guess they figure they don't have my phone #.  It seems that the title company must have sold my name and address to every Tom Dick and Harry around bc ever since I bought this house 4 weeks ago, I am getting inundated with personalized junk mail in my actual mailbox!  This particular post card says "We have a package for you" and  "Please call us to schedule delivery  830-268-8821."   No business name, no return address. I have no idea who these people are.

I got one too new home owner. Same postcard with no return address or delivery provider. Very sketchy from the start. Will not call.

Found same ad on my door knob. Lack of info about them smells of telemarketing.

Perhaps you should acquaint yourself with a dictionary and look up the word telemarketing.  I am 110% sure that an ad hanging on a door knob won't fit into the description or definition of the word telemarketing.
