When they answer they say "Legal Department" the girl said her name was Susan and it's her job to annoy people. I asked her isn't there better jobs than scamming people? She told me to "eat a d*ck and shut up" and then hung up the phone. I called back and tried to use a fake number and she said it wasn't pulling up in her database but, then she figured out it was me and said that she already transferred my number to her attorney for phone harassment. I'm gonna try and get more info out of her through alternate numbers.

I just received a call from this number. I answered thinking it may be an associate from Texas. I answered....silence on the other end.   I did a reverse look up since it is a landline.  It is listed to "Kauntey Mediati"...which seems to be a play on words for "county mediator"......what a joke. They are now BLOCKED!!!   SCAMMER

These guys called and left me a message today saying they were coming to serve me documents tomorrow at my home or my job. They said to make sure I had a supervisor or neighbor available to witness the signature. They called from an unknowin caller but had me call back an 844 # for the company they were working for. I called back because I was concerned, and once again it was these scammers that had harassed me back in February about a paydayloan I took out in 2010. Except they were midway solutions then. Different voices but basically the same thing about them taking me to court blah blah blah... They told me they were a courier service at first, but when I questioned a tony white about this he transferred me to their attorney who picked up the phone in a matter of seconds. Don't really know an attorney that would pick up that fast once again fishy.. They attorney who I forgot to get the name stated it wasn't going to go away, and they had a notarized letter from my bank confirming the deposit of $350 from Canyon Creek paydayloan. After going back and forth I basically told him to do what he had to do, and would see him in court. He then stated that governor Chris Christie was on their side.  Lol too funny. Called my bank and got a print out for the month they stated I received the loan, and nothing for $350 deposited. I spoke with the bank and they stated they would never send a notarized letter to a third party, especially without informing me. Anyway last time this happened they told me they were calling from the courthouse and had papers to serve me. Called the courthouse and surprise they had no idea. Best part the number they called from with there fake caller id was for the tax division not the actual court. These guys are scum and if I had money for an attorney would definitely try to pursue them. I hope they do take me to court so I can show them all my documentation and get their supposed evidence they have. My bank already told me to get these supposed letters they have from them, and they will verify they are fraudulent. They also told me the lawyer coming to court would be through Goldman and berkowitz. Googled them and they are bogus too.... Please nobody pay these guys!!!!!

I received a call on my cell phone, at work, my parents home from 830-265-5005 stating I owed money from February 2013 to a "Action Payday" loan company.  They had my bank information and the last 4 digits of my account number.  I knew they were scamming me when they said they were going to send a police officer from the Texas Attorney General's Office to arrest me if I didn't pay them $2000.00.  I told them I was reporting them to the Texas Attorney General's Office and to the Internet Crime Safety Division.  They transferred me to their "attorney" who began yelling at me.  I hung up the phone.  I did file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office.

Just started getting these calls as well as my son and daughter. They are coming to serve me at work, home etc. They have been non-stop and harassing me at work. i've asked them for proof. I'm almost sure I did not accept this loan online and no longer bank at the bank they mentioned. I even asked them how long it would take to get to my house to make sure i'm there when they get there. It threw them off. Will be filing with the Texas ag.
