Who told you that you need all that?  Just call your local police department and tell them that there is someone stalking you and what it is he does.  Do it now.  They're open all night.

I have been getting calls from this number in the middle of the night - with only sounds of breathing. We found out that it is coming from Hendersonville, NC. Has anyone found out who this creep is?
