Computer call; says 'wait for representative' but representative doesn't pick up the call.  Representative out taking a [***]?  Low class [***].    

They leave recorded message they don't say who they are or why they are calling just leave a call back number and reference number

Against the law to use scare tactics - you might want to look that up under the federal law - they have been sued and you can collect money from them.
