stupid educational and job scam number..you think someone is actually calling you but its a recorded message

I was getting calls from this number and did not pick up the phone. Today I pick up the call so I can ask them to remove my phone number from their list. The caller introduced her self as Amy from Educational advisory. I asked her to remove my phone number from their list but she continuously talking non stop. I asked her again to remove my number from their list but she was sarcastic. I told her if she calls my number again I will report this number to the police department but guess what she was laughing and was sarcastic. So I hang up the phone and will look ways to report this number.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
