continous calls as well and no message left

I just posted a few minutes ago.  I have received two more calls from this number, two minutes apart.  I hit the DECLINE button on my phone.  I'm on the Do Not Call Registry.  What can I do to stop/block this number from coming in?

Never register w/ the DNC--98% of the posts on here say they are registered. We are not on the DNC & never get any calls!
