1-818-659-2004 comes up voip call and you answer to this phone call and they don't answer to you they stay very quite no sound at all in the back ground and then i said to them i know your name of the you calling voip caller and i said i know your phone number to then it was like i was put on something like a mute but they are still listening then they hung up you call them back all you get is a beep beep every time
