4/14/16  16:18 PDT  ID unknown, # unfamiliar, but was expect call from Frontier Commun. so answered.  Turned out to be someone from "IBC" stating that they do, essentially handy man type work.  Told him I didn't need it and hung up.

The female rep stated that they were "IGC".  I asked "What is IGC?"  She said they do home improvements. I quickly got off the line.  I didn't hear any background noise like a call center, although it took her awhile to answer the phone indicating the phone call was computer generated.

scumbag called; didn't answer it and blocked this number from future calling.
